The Business Coaching Association of Georgia – BCA (Georgia) was founded in 2021 by the professional coach Mr. Gia Tskhovrebadze, PhD. Association is open to all local coaches, trainers, executives, managers, any organizations and individuals, who have an interest in the coaching, including business and executive coaching. The BCA (Georgia) is ready to works in cooperation with the all local and international communities of coaches and related professionals. The aim and goals of the BCA (Georgia) includes popularization and development of the science of the coaching as well as related and / or neighboring fields, educational activities in Georgia and abroad, promoting development and increase of competencies and qualification of the specialists, including coaches, consultants, teachers, trainers, counsellors and others, working in the coaching, as well as related and / or neighboring fields.

Meet the President and Founder of the BCA (Georgia)

Gia Tskhovrebadze, President and Founder

Gia Tskhovrebadze, PhD, is Professional Certified Coach (PCC) of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a co-founder of the ICF Chapter Sakartvelo (Georgia).

As a coach Gia was ranked #1 for the third time (2019, 2020, 2021) among about 4500 coaches from 80 countries – members of the Association for Coaching (UK) in the Engagement Level Ranking. In 2020 he also became a laureate and was in top 3 of the competition "Coach of the Year" according to ICF Competencies among coaches - members of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) chapter (Russian Federation) with more than 500 coaches.

Gia is certified as an Enneagram Master by the International Coaches and Trainers Association (ICTA), Emotionally Intelligent Leader by the European Association of Cultural and Emotionally Intelligent Projects (EACEIP), Consultant in Positive Psychotherapy by the World Association for Positive and Transcultural Psychotherapy (WAPP). He is a licensed Psychologist-consultant of Organizational Psychology and Gestalt Therapy, an international accredited trainer of International Association of Coaches, Trainers and Mentors (IACTM) and a member of the New York Academy of Sciences since 2005.

Gia is a member of the International and European Associations for Transactional Analysis (ITAA and EATA), the American Psychological Association (APA), the International Association for Counselling (IAC), International Association of Enneagram (IEA), the European Association for Gestalt Therapy (EAGT), the New York Institute for Gestalt Therapy (NYIGT) and other international professional organizations.
